Yes, the same can be said about insomnia. <BR/><BR/>If you find youself unable to get to sleep, just observe your mind and how it is "creating" your reactions to the condition. Keep watching the thoughts & feelings come and go and any physical sensations you feel. You may feel painfully bored or extremely agitated - just keep observing without judgement. For judgement always reflects back to self and becomes a vicious circle. <BR/><BR/>Treat it as an experiment not as a cure.
