I have the TV on HLN because I was watching Joy Behar's show & I don't feel like getting up to change the channel with the remote.


Why are people so obsessed with celebrity?Both Behar & the Showbiz Tonight show keep talking about "the ugly side" of Mel Gibson. They keep saying "Does he need to do more funny stuff like what he did on Jimmy Kimmel for people to forgive him and go see his new movie?"

...

Am I the only one who remembers that Passion of the Christ AND Apocalypto were both in "dead" languages and people still flocked to see them even after he called some officer "sugar tits" and said that Jews were responsible for all the wars in the world?

For the record, I think she's an idiot. Her husband too. If she keeps up with this plastic surgery shit she's going to look like the Cat Lady before she's 30.

ince, once again I was adding all of my music to iTunes, how much I love "Try Again" by Aaliyah.

Other ones too, like Are you that somebody? & More than a Woman.

I just miss her.I wish she hadn't died so early in her career. I wonder what type of music she'd be making now? Or would she be all up in movies like other musicians turned actor. (Ice Cube & Queen Latifah are the only ones I can think of now, but I KNOW there are more.)

I just miss her. The music of hers that I do like has stood the test of time.

TV Shows & Junk

o, I got my computer back last week. I don't remember the exact day. Ironically I was at the library using the computer the first time Fed-Ex tried to drop it off. So I kept my ass at home the next day, LOL. It took about 10 days total for them to get my pc, fix it & send it back to me.

So anyway, here's the report I got back:


I don't know WTF any of that means, all I know is that my computer doesn't flash the BSOD (blue screen of death) every 5 minutes. :-)

Anyway, I've been watching some new shows.

I had planned on posting about all of that, but my back has been killing me today. I'm wearing a Thermacare heat wrap AND I took some PMS medication (that works better for me than Tylenol or any other OTC pain med), so I don't think it's a good idea to sit here for hours posting.

I'll just name the show & let you know if I think you should watch it.

Let's Talk about Pep (VH1)- They say it's Sex & the City for black people? I never watched SATC, so I don't know. But I think it's funny.
Men of a Certain Age (TNT)- Watch it. I love it.
Human Target (FOX)- Awesome. Watch it.
Frank the Entertainer (VH1)- I think I watched 2 episodes & realized I don't give a shit what that guy does. I mean, I only watched it because a) He sucked New York's toes & I wanted to know if he's always that freaky and 2) I really wanted to see how a dating show in some guy's parent's basement was going to work out. I just can't stand the voices of one of those bitches. And they ALL have huge noses. Those girls aren't cute. Frank isn't bad looking. But then...he fell in "love" with New York, so he clearly has no taste.
Better off Ted (ABC)- Old show, but I still love it.
NCIS Los Angeles (CBS)- Love it. Watch it.
The Middle (ABC)- Hilarious! Definitely check it out. Modern Family & Cougar Town aren't bad either. But I only watch them because they don't compete with anything else on my DVR schedule.

Why I love the post office (sarcasm)

o, I told you I was waiting for HP to send me a box so I can ship my PC tower to them, right?

Well, the wonderful Postladyperson just left it outside my door.
The library only lets me use the pc for 30 minutes at a time.

There was no school yesterday because of the ice. So it could have been out there since Monday.

I hate it when they do that shit.

They do it all the geedee time. Leave packages between my screen door and the front door. They don't knock or anything.

If Evan doesn't go to school, I don't know anything about it because I don't use the frigging front door because the stairs out there don't have a railing and the last thing I need is to break a hip on the effing concrete out there.

Anyway.

I'm upset.

Because, even though this pc crashes unpredictably (pause to save my progress so far), at least I can use it. Kind of.

I don't like not having a computer, LOL.

But at least I'll be able to read Under the Dome. I bought it as a Christmas present to myself. 12/24 is about when the computer shit started happening and I haven't gotten more than 50 pages into it.

I remember the days when I would read a Stephen King book in 1 day. Harry Potter took a day & a half.

I should be ashamed.

Whatever.

Hewlett Packard better not keep my baby for long or I might have a breakdown.

FUCKING BULLSHIT! I restored the computer from the discs HP sent me and I'm still getting the GD errors. I called India back & kind of went off and said I'm not doing another damned thing to this computer, You need to pick it up & fix it. I'm done trying to fix this shit. I think I scared the first dude I was talking to because he had me speak to his supervisor after him, LOL. I told him I wasn't mad at him (dude #1) but I am beyond frustrated with this situation. Bastids.

So they're sending a box, fed ex will pick up the piece of shit & I should get it back in 7-9 days. Also known as 2 fucking weeks.

I'd cry but I already took 2 fucking xanax today.

k, this computer could crash at any second, so no bells & whistles on this post.

1) I am currently waiting for a recovery disc from HP because even though I restored my hard drive from the discs I made when I first bought the PC, it's still getting the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death).

Anyway, the other day I was taking a bath and Evan was down here watching "My Name is Earl" or something.

So, fat bitches will scare him to death sexually...Since I assumed he was watching TV, I came out of the bathroom naked to get a wash cloth.

He was at the bottom of the stairs.

As soon as I saw him I slammed the bathroom door, but I don't think that kept him from seeing my Zaftig ass 100% naked.

So, fat bitches will scare him to death sexually, or a more horrifying and disturbing result will be that they turn him on....

We haven't talked about it.

And we won't.
